Kenese Bay Garden Resort & Conference - Balatonkenese

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was perfect, always willing to help and even provided special accommodations for my baby. The location was amazing, next to a fine lake. The hotel facilities, particularly the wellness area, were fantastic and the pool was great too. Breakfast was great and had a wide variety of options.

The breakfast and dinner were outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location near the lake provided stunning views and a peaceful environment to relax after a long day of work. the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making sure all of our needs were met.

The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The beds were uncomfortable and there were no mattress protectors provided.

Our family had a fun stay at a hotel near the beautiful lake. the hotel offers plenty of facilities to keep us entertained, such as a playground, bowling alley, and pool table. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a terrace providing breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the breakfast and dinner were delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty choices.

The signage around the hotel was not written in English, making it challenging to navigate.

Delicious Meals and Great Amenities During my city break, I enjoyed the delicious meals offered at the hotel. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic. the buffet had an array of options which catered to everyone's taste. the amenities were top, notch, and I had a great time enjoying the garden and playground. the hotel's key location near the lake was an added advantage, allowing me to explore the city's surroundings and relax by the lake.

Dated Rooms and Poor Housekeeping the rooms were quite outdated and poorly maintained. There were many issues, including mould in the bathroom, not, so, clean sheets and fridge, chipped paint.
